Since joining Black Belt School program and working with Sensei Paul, my daughter Jessica has slowly come out of her shell. She used to be very shy and not speak out or look down when asked questions. Now she is more open and the shyness has went away. She is more confident in her abilities as well as open to trying new adventures on her own without parents being there. Also her school work improved each term and she learned how to communicate her feelings better and in doing so started making more friends. So in short I would recommend the Black Belt Schools to anyone who wants new challenges.
